Why rebuild a staple model?

Since Saucony found success with the previous models of the Triumph, one may ask, why change? Saucony’s response is innovation. In a class of shoes that have been traditionally perceived by runners as bulky and heavy, Saucony wants to change perceptions by making a plush shoe feel also feel like a fast shoe. As the brand observed the trends of the running specialty landscape, they saw an opportunity to differentiate themselves among the vast options of highly cushioned running shoes by creating an upper fit that is supremely flexible and yet still feels like a premium comfort shoe. In hopes to continue their success in this corner of the running industry, they believe the totally revamped ISO series, shown in Triumph, Hurricane and Zealot models moving forward, will win the hearts of all types of runners.

“WHOA”

The experience that Saucony hopes runners will have is best described as “WHOA!”. That moment when you first put the shoe on and any negative expectations are blown to pieces. That moment when you think, “how did they do this?” That moment when all you say is…..WHOA! And the only way to see if this is truly the case is to try one on for yourself.

Keep your eyes peeled for the Saucony Triumph ISO at Running Warehouse in November, 2014.
