Newton Distance 7 Men’s Sample (subject to change)

Available February 2018 – MSRP $155.00

A flagship model in the Newton footwear line, the Distance has always been known for its light and responsive design, which encourages a more natural running motion. Now with the Distance 7, Newton continues to deliver the same springy ride with small updates to further enhance comfort.

To create fantastic energy return for tempo runs or daily training, this Distance 7 continues to feature the same high-rebound EVA foam and an ultra-responsive layer of Newtonium foam. The midsole should offer reliable cushioning that delivers plenty of pop when you decide to pick up the pace.

A full-flex zone through the midfoot continues to offer added flexibility, and the five lug system in the forefoot helps absorb the shock of impact and release energy at toe-off. While small density changes were made to the lugs to fine tune the flow of the ride, the overall underfoot feel of the shoe should remain very similar to its predecessor.

The main update in the Distance 7 is the modified upper. A new open weave air mesh delivers a more stripped-down feel with better breathability. Paired with a seamless design, this shoe is built to offer an even more sock-like fit with optimal comfort.
