Known as the “posted brother” to the Vazee Pace, the Vazee Prism is one of the few performance trainers on the market built for the mild overpronator. With a responsive ride and semi firm cushioning, the Prism is a great option when your looking to pick up the pace yet versatile enough to take on a variety of distances. While the first version of the Prism proved to be a reliable training option, v2 should offer small improvements in fit and propulsion for an enhanced running experience.
Similar to the Vazee Pace v2, the newest Vazee Prism utilizes an aesthetically redesigned midsole. While the dimpled design looks completely different from v1, the shoe still utilizes the same RevLite foam and stack height. The shoe also continues to feature a medial post to help combat mild overpronation. One of the biggest changes on the Vazee Prism v2 can be seen on the outsole. A new podular forefoot design was added to help provide added propulsion and a smoother ride. Slightly tweaked flex grooves should also play a role on the shoes ride.
To further give the shoe a more streamlined look, a new upper is used with a more seamless design. The shoe offers more flexible overlays and also removes the bulky heel counter that was used in v1.
