New Balance Women’s Fuelcell v1 Sample (subject to change)

Available July 2017 – MSRP $160.00

In 2016, New Balance debuted the Vazee 2090, a performance uptempo running shoe that offered responsive cushioning as well as a more premium upper construction. Moving into 2017, the 2090 will be discontinued, but fans will be able to find a similar running experience with the new Fuelcell v1.

This shoe continues to utilize the same stack heights as the 2090 (26mm heel, 20mm forefoot), but a new Fuelcell midsole delivers an even more responsive ride as you pick up the pace. The Fuel cell technology provides a 2 piece midsole design that combines both a compression-molded piece with nitrogen-fused TPU.

The air mesh upper with seamless overlays create a snug and comfortable midfoot wrap. While this shoe should offer a snug and responsive feel that can perform during faster efforts, the weight and cushioning of the shoe will probably make it a more suitable for daily training efforts.
