Available July 2017 – MSRP $110.00

While some people may be sad to hear about the discontinuation of the Mizuno Wave Sayonara, fans of the the series will be thrilled to hear that there is a new fast yet versatile workout day shoe that will be added to the Mizuno performance lineup. The new shoe, the Wave Shadow, offers some similarities to the Sayonara, but an all new design should provide an even faster training option for anything from uptempo days to interval workouts.

To help create a responsive ride, the Shadow utilizes a new midfoot CloudWave with U4icX heel cushioning. Combined with a U4icX strobel lining, the shoe should offer a softer landing and an even snappier toe off. An 8mm heel-toe offset also gives the shoe a slightly more natural feel when compared to the 10mm Sayonara.

On the outsole, X10 rubber creates reliable durability and new forefoot zig zag flex patterns create optimal flexibility. Finished off with a new 3 panel upper with Dynamotion fit, this shoe offers a seamless midfoot construction as well as a breathable forefoot design.
