Available January 2018  – MSRP $110.00

While reviewing the specs of the new HOKA ONE ONE Napali we had some serious déjà vu. With the Napali, HOKA’s designers are looking to deliver the performance and underfoot feel of the Clifton 3 to runners who might miss the model. Put simply, the Napali is the Clifton 3 with a modified upper. As an added benefit, the Napali’s MSRP is $20.00 lower than the Clifton 3.

Featuring an identical midsole and outsole design to the Clifton 3, the Napali utilizes an oversized HIP CMEVA midsole for soft shock absorption and an early stage Meta-Rocker design for a smooth ride from foot-strike to toe-off. Strategic rubber placements on the outsole offer durability in high wear areas while offering plenty of traction on the roads.

The primary difference between the Napali and the Clifton 3 is the modified upper. While it still features a breathable air mesh material, the overlays are rearranged to provide a more adaptive fit and enhance comfort.

Due to the differences in their upper designs, the men’s Napali is 0.2 ounces lighter than the Clifton 3 while the women’s Napali is 0.4 ounces lighter.
